Wiki New VEEG CPT code 95726 and greater than 98 hours

The CPT description for 95726 is "... greater than 84 hours of EEG recording, with video (VEEG)." and the chart also in the CPT book indicates "84 hours and 1 minute to 98 hours (w/ video)." Many times the video EEG may run much longer than 98 hours and also, multiple physicians may be involved in the reading and reporting process. I am looking for insights as to how, for example a continuous VEEG procedure lasting perhaps 8 days would be billed.

Scenario #1 If it were only one physician I would question if one 95726 was a hard limit (but based on the chart, perhaps the clock starts again after the first 98 hours?).
Scenario #2 Of the total 192 hours, Physician "A" reads and reports the first 5 days (120 hours) and then Physician "B" reads the rest (72 hours) and would possibly bill the remainder as 95723.
Scenario #2 Has the additional issue of not only how does physician "A" bill his 120 hours, but once "Physician B" enters the process, can, or how, would that additional portion be billed?

Thanks for any help on this. We will have our work cut out for us on this issue since they are very accustomed to how the old process worked.
