If a baby is born in the hospital and a pediatrician see's the baby and then the baby is seen for the first time establishing with a pediatrician would this be a new or established visit?

New vs established

If a pediatrician sees a patient in the nursery at the hospital and then the patient is seen after discharge at the office for a initial newborn or etc., you would use established codes for the office codes. I hope this helps.
