Wiki New X mods with injections/infusions?

Any one have any directives for injections and infusions given in the ER with a procedure or injections provided during something like an EGD? -59 or use any of the new X mods?
 
I would use modifier 59 when an infusion hits up against a CT or MRI- as the new modifiers don?t describe the unique ?separate? definition there.

Infusions that involve separate sites might just be XS (separate structure ? a service that is distinct because it was performed on a separate organ or anatomic structure).* An infusion and an IM injection may be XS as well, due to the separate/distinct service. *
