newborn asymptomatic but being monitored

If a newborn is monitored due to maternal use of SSRI but is showing no symptoms do you code P04.15? or would it be a code from Z05?
 
I would report P04.15 based on the ICD-10 tabular list instruction, "Newborn affected by maternal factors and by complications of pregnancy, labor, and delivery (P00-P04) Note: These codes are for use when the listed maternal conditions are specified as the cause of confirmed morbidity or potential morbidity which have their origin in the perinatal period (before birth through the first 28 days afterbirth)." Once ruled out, then assign a Z05 code.
