Newborn pneumoperitoneum

Hi,

I didn't find any direct reference to this condition but with no confirmed NEC or other cause of the pneumoperitoneum, I would look to P96.89, Other specified conditions originating in the perinatal period, and K66.8, other specified disorders of the peritoneum.
