Hi there!

I am coding for newborns and kids. In many newborn charts physicians document +FAS in metabolic screening.

In another chart, the patient has a history of barts + FAS in metabolic screening and orders CBC to r/o anemia.

Could anyone suggest an appropriate code for the above 2 situations.:confused:
