What ICD-10 Codes for Nicotine Dependence have 2019 HCC value? Nicotine Dependence is listed in the label for HCC 203 but none shows an HCC value in my 2019 ICD-10 book. Please advise. Thanks.

What HCC model are you looking at? I do not see a HCC 203 in the CMS Medicare Advantage model.
 
It is in a CMS document dated April 2,2018 titled Announcement of Calendar Year (CY) 2019 Medicare Advantage Capitation Rates and Medicare Advantage and Part D Payment Policies and Final Call Letter, page 44.
