ICD10 assume which of the following regarding somker?

Cigarette smoker OR nicotine Dependent in terms of diagnosis code assignment?

I think its Nicotine Dependent but some of my friends are saying that ICD-10 ASSUMED smoker is a cigarettes smoker.
