My plastic surgeon did an immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expander on a patient that had nipple sparing mastectomy. Once the expaders were in place she reattached the nipples, bilaterally.

She billed 19357 for the expanders. My question is can she also bill separately for the nipple reattachment - 19350?

Thanks for any help - I need to get this surgery finalized as soon as possilbe!
