Hello, can some one help me on this please? 79445 radiopharmaceutical therapy intra-arterial administration—can we bill it 3 times for each location as they infused Y-90 microspheres in 3 distinct arteries for hepatocellular carcinoma?

What I've read seems to indicate the service is billed once per procedure (not per location) although I don't have anything definite.

79445 was administered in RT Phrenic artery, Segment 4 LT HA, and LT HA.
Was thinking we could do 2 but Encoder PRO is giving out only 1.
