Patient presents to the office for psychiatric evaluation. He does not have any signs or symptoms and the doctor writes "no diagnosis". He came in to the office to prove to Child Protective Services that there is nothing wrong with him so he can see his child. What diagnosis code could you use to get this visit paid?

no diagnosis

I would try a V70.4, examination for medicolegal reasons. Seems the most likely one to use, because V70.2 is not a principal diagnosis.
