My doctor did a laminectomy for stenosis at L1-L2, L5-S1 and T10-T11. Would you bill 63047 for L1-L2, 63048 for L5-S1 and 63048 for T10-11? Or would you code 63046-59 for T10-11 because it was done at a nonadjacent level?
