Pt received Deferoxamine Mesylate J0895 as a continuous infusion for 96 hours in a portable pump. Since there is not an equivalent 96416 code for a non-chemo drug, how would you code the infusion? 96379, unlisted infusion procedure?

I don't know if there is a cpt code for a non chemo admin of a pump, but I would just use the 96416 for the first infusion of the J0895 and the 96521 for the rest of the visits thereafter.
