I have a question, there is a neurologist that is called into the ER to evaluate but patient was having an MRI done so he discussed the patient care with ER staff there was no face to face and reviewed her chart. He does document that he spent 30 min. orginazing the patients care. What CPT code can i use for this I had used the 99358 but it requires and E/M level to go with it.

There are multiple restrictions on this code, but it sounds like something like 99367 might work for you. But to be sure you would need more details about who was in the conference, if your doctor works for the facility, and if at some other point he did see the patient for a face to face visit.
