when coding non obstructive dysphagia in esophagus will you code icd-9 code 530.3 or 530.5

Look in the 787 series. I've used 787.20 for unspecified.

I believe 787.20 or 787.29 would be appropriate for this, unless your thinking regular dysphagia codes won't work in this situation.
