I am trying to do a cheat sheet for our charge entry department for Medications administered HCPCS billing. I have started a cheat sheet and want to know if I am on the right track, then to see if anyone else has done a cheat sheet that they can share. We need to get to NDC Qty for claim and Billing Units for claim.
Her is what I have started. Any guidance or comments would be welcome!
