Wiki Normal Stress Test-DX needed

I am coding Cardio Stress Tests. I need to know when a test is found to be normal, what diagnosis code should I use? Should I use the DX on the order? Thanks in advanced.

I use the dx on the order which normally is signs and symptoms and then sometimes I use dx for suspicious not found dx.
