Not a good candidate for surgery due to high risk ICD 10??

I would like to provide this code on claim. We did an acute PCI 2 dys before & an additional LC PCI/stent when the patient was deemed not a good candidate for CABG. Interventional MD did document, however, I think if I can code it the claim is less likely to be suspended for medical necessity and/or as bundled to the acute PCI of the LD a few days before.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! :)
