Wiki November "test yourself"

I was trying to complete the Test yourself section for the November Coding edge but the question about the resurgence of scribes was causing a problem. All four answers were correct per the article. Can anyone shed some light on what I'm missing? is it a trick question?

I had the same problem with that question. I submitted 3 times and got the question incorrect every time. I am waiting for the 12 hrs to submit the 4th answer.

The correct answer to the above-mentioned question is option "C". This is clearly mentioned in the "View Rationale" description.
