Hi, I am currently working part time for a billing co who is contracted with a billing svc in New Jersey and I had a chart where 2 Doctors in the same practice (pulmonologists) saw a pt and documented Critical care, 1 had 75 minutes and the other had 70, can I code/bill for both Drs? and if so how? can't bill 99291 x2 so can I code 99291 for the 1st dr and then 99292 for the 2nd?..thank you any and all help is appreciated..alice
