I work for an Orthopaedic Group, and we have 2 office locations. We needed a separate NPI and PTAN to dispense DME in our office locations. Does anyone know if we will need seperate NPI and PTANS for each office?

Hello

Yes in order for you to be able to bill for DME EACH office will require it's own NPI and PTAN.

I just finished doing this exact same thing for all three of my practices. It's a bit time consuming but definitely doable.
