We are getting denials from Ambetter for audio services billed by our APRN and PA. We are in Arkansas. Previously, we have not had trouble with this. The Ambetter rep told us there was an alternative code that could be billed by the NPP's but couldn't tell us what that was. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
