Does a doctor have to sign after every NPs signature? Example: after office visits or blood draws

No, unless it is being billed "incident to"

I would check with your MAC and state law to confirm this.

In Tennessee, a physician must sign 20% of an NP's charts every 30 days. In Arkansas, there is a requirement for physician cosignature of NP orders.
