My physicians do outpatient and inpatient stress testings at several local hospitals. They are telling me that they can bill for the same codes as the hospital with a 26 modifier. What are the proper codes for a nuclear stress test in a hospital setting? Thanks
 
What codes are you using? All codes would be the same not matter where they are done. Looks like they want to split bill. You need to use same codes as the hospital bills out.
