I do billing for cardiologists and I am having trouble with nuclear stress tests. I need to know what code is used when the cardiologist reads the study.
 
Assuming the practice doesn't own the equipment:

78452-26 for the nuclear study
93016 for supervision of stress test
93018 for interpretation of stress test
