what codes should i be using for hospital please for the office i have 78452-26 A9500 and 93015
what are the hospital codes thanks so much

Are you sure you are billing correctly for the professional?

78452-26 - Facility will bill the same code without a modifier on a UB which is assumed to be the TC component only
A9500 - Wouldn't this be supplied by the facility? If so the facility should be billing for it not the physician.
93015 - This code is for the global service so there wouldn't be anything for the hospital to bill

I do these 2-5 of these everyday.

I don't code for the facility but the hospital would bill 78452 & A9500 for the nuclear.

Also, for the stress portion the hospital bills 93017 and the provider bills 93016 & 93018.
