Nope; can I ask for your reference on that statement?
I have only seen the "standard" Marshfield Clinic Tool for MDM, which splits the Dx/Mx into five segments:
I have only seen the "standard" Marshfield Clinic Tool for MDM, which splits the Dx/Mx into five segments:
- Self Limited/Minor - 1 point (max 2)
- Established problem, stable/improving - 1 point
- Established Problem, worsening - 2 points
- New Problem (to the examiner), without additional workup - 3 points (max 1)
- New Problem (to the examiner), with additional workup - 4 points
