I know this seems like a silly question. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could bill more than 6 lines of service when billing claims electronically?

Yes you can bill more than 6 service lines but only a max or 12 diagnosis.

I know your question is on electronic claims, but if you have print the claim (WC) or something else, some software needs to be tweaked to include the 6th line on the 1 claim, otherwise it will set to print 2 pages.
