Wiki nurse billing 99212 for 2021

Can a nurse bill for a 99212 with the coding changes this year? Previously when we did for example strep test, nurse documented a 99211 and billed for it. I was always told a nurse visit is never over a level 1, but since 99211 is no longer available, can they bill a 99212?

99211 is still available so I would bill the 99211. 99212 is an E/M for a provider, PA, or NP.
