can someone helpme to get information regarding nurse practitioner rules,can they see new patient ,stablished patient with a new problem if she's not under insurance contact.

Try googling for NP billing - seem to popup a lot of info areas when I did that and medicare (New England area) has a great manual you can access as well > http://www.medicarenhic.com/providers/pubs/nonphyguide.pdf
It may also depend on your state laws so that would be a good place to check as well. Hope this helps.
