I was wondering if anyone could tell me if a physician has to be present and/or if a nurse practitioner can preform 93922 and 95921?
 
I have looked and read several different articles and coding guidelines and I do not see where it says the doc has to be there to supervise and nothing that says an NP cannot perform the test. I am not sure if this helps but I hope it might.
