Is there anyone familiar with how to bill nursing home patients when they visit a doctor's office for treatment? There have been times in the past that we have had to bill the nursing home, then there were times that we have billed the patients medicare? The person that knew this information has retired now I am in charge of it, but don't have the information available to me. I think it depends on what part of the nursing home they are in but that is the extent of my knowledge?
