Does anyone know what the Q code is for a doctor billing for signing and approving the PT treatment plan submitted by the physical therapist in the nursing home? My doctors keep telling me they should be getting paid for approving and signing the form saying they approve of the therapy plan of care.

I've never heard of a billable code for approving and certifying a POC, especially since the physician's certification of the POC is a requirement.

This will be interesting to follow. I look forward to reading other responses, and to tryng to research this further!
