Okay so I have a question for anyone that has any experience in Orthotics and Prosthetic Billing. I need to know if there is any insurance that allows you to bill without a "signed delivery receipt" or "signed proof of delivery"? I have always been told you must have a SIGNED delivery receipt before you can bill insurance, but now I am being told otherwise. I don't want to do anything fraudulently, please help me out. Thanks.
