Hello.

Are we able to use O03.4 for a second visit on a the OB triage visit? Patient had incomplete spontaneous abortion two weeks ago and went to OB triage. Now is having symptoms, I'll use the other issues too. Provider added SAB on assessment plan on current visit. My second question are we able to use O00-O08 icd 10 on future ob triage visits, that are related to that?
