I have two questions that have been coming up for discussion:

1. What is the minimum number of prenatal visit to be able to bill the OB global code

2. If there is an established OB patient that we are seeing for prenatal and during that prenatal time she is due for her annual well visit and pap smear since it is now been a year. Are we able to bill for the well visit (99393-99395) if it is documented out side of the OB flow sheet
