Anyone can help me in coding, OB/Gyne patient has sleep related cramps , how to code 648.73, 327.52 or V22.0 ,327.52.
 
I think you can go with 648.73 & 729.82

Greetings!!!

If you want to code sleep related cramps you can go with 648.93 & 327.52 but it should be organic sleep related movement disorders otherwise cramps-night lead to 729.82 so you can go with 648.73 & 729.82. If pt came to OBG specialist i think V22.2 is inappropriate.
