I need help with coding in OB!!!!!!!!!!

Our dr sees patients two times during their preg. They are referred from a clinic that only has midwives. we are the only dr for miles. Is there any E/M code we can bill that will not be denied as global????? or a mod that we should be using (tried 77)?
 
If your doctor is only seeing the patient twice, not participating in the delivery and/or providing postpartum care, you should just be able to bill the E/M code per visit.
