Hello, the facility I work for often has family care round on the patient for labor management and then assists in the c-sect on the same day as labor management. Then a provider from OBGYN performs the c-sect assist. Family care and OBGYN are separate tax ids. Can the assist bill for the labor managment on the same day as the delivery assist since they are not the performing provider? This is before the new changes have taken place.
