Hello everyone I am looking for some help here with a basic question. I have recently taken an medical auditing promotion and am rather new to the auditing world. I have a doctor that states they do not have to meet 7-11 elements in an exam to bill for a well woman exam. She believes that she can meet less than 7 elements and still bill a well woman.

My thought process from all the information that I have is that if she doesn't meet at least 7 elements we can not bill a well woman; instead we would bill a preventative visit. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you
