When an OB/GYN closes his own practice and becomes an employee of another OB/GYN practice, how does he bill for current Global OB patients? They will be transferring to the new practice he will be working for..

We recently merged with a few other OB/GYN offices. Our billing office contacted each individual insurance company to let them know. We are billing the TOB's normally.
