Trying to code procedure, vaginal hysterectomy done with manual rupture of ovarian cyst. Figure code hysterectomy as 58260, but not sure how to code the manual rupture of ovarian cyst. Best I picture is 58800 Drainage of ovarian cyst(s), vag. approach. Not sure this is correct.
