Wiki Ob/gyn sub speciality w/maternal fetal medicine

We are bringing in a MFM Dr to our practice in Michigan. The MFM Dr will consult our patients and new pts from other offices. We have a separate name for her practice, but we will be billing under our Tax Id#. We want to bill New pt visits for the MFM Dr that consults our ob pt's. Is anyone familiar with the sub speciality guidelines or any website suggestions I can do some research?????
