I have an OB patient that was admitted for Preterm Labor (19-20wks gestational age).

Our physician admitted the patient, but the patient was transferred to another hospital. Am I able to bill for the Admit (99223??) with Dx 640.00??

I'm not sure if this is a billable service or how I should bill for it. Any pointers would be great!
