If I have a patient that was seen 6x with our practice & now is transfering her care to another office, how do I bill that out? 59425: Antepartum care only; 4-6 visits??? What if they were only seen 1x?
 
Use 59425 for 4-6 visits. If they only come for one visit you would have to review the visit and code it out as to what level of visit it meets.
 
What if they already billed 0500F for the first visit? Should I change that to a new patient visit 9920x?
