The appropriate diagnosis will depend on what the documentation states is the provider's reason for ordering the administration of the Rhogam. The ICD-10 code O26.89- would need to be supported by a diagnosis of a specific pregnancy-related condition and can't be assigned in the absence of an actual documented diagnosis. If the Rhogam is being given prophylactic purposes, then I would include code Z79.13.
