Obama care/healthcare reform

So we are having trouble with the new healthcare reform.

Things we have found out in Austin:

Humana offers HMOx
Aetna has QHP
BCBS has some type of metal in the plan name
Superior goes through Ambetter
Sendero plan name is Idealcare.

We have found out that EVEN if a provider is in network there may be no where for him/her to perform.
Ex: My provider is in network however he only has priveleges at St Davids hospitals. OF CORSE the plans only go to SETON facilities!

I've found that Sendero WILL tell you online that the plan is Idealcare, and Humana will tell you it's the HMOX policy.
However, I have not found any tricks for the other three, other than asking the patient when they call to make the apt. I want to avoid at all costs calling the insurance companies. But I need help figuring out other tricks to verify the other three online, considering asking the patient most of the time doesn't work b/c they have no idea.

Any other things that you know, I would love some insight. This is just what I've found out.
