Can anyone point me in the direction of information on whether or not you can bill codes 263.8 and 278.01 at the same time?

They are fairly contradictory terms. Did the provider document both conditions in the same patient for the sham encounter ?

Optum says "Protein-Calorie Malnutrition can be defined as a BMI less than 18.5" So I would think not.
