obesity coding for patients on GLP-1

Is it appropriate to code morbid obesity for patient who had BMI greater than 40 prior to treatment with GLP-1 and now has positive results with weight loss and BMI is below 40 and patient continues to be on the GLP-1 medication with monitoring and assessment by physician?
