Wiki OBGYN antepartum

Patient sees provider #1 for 4 antepartum visits. Patient then sees provider #2 in a different group who provides 4+antepartum visits, the delivery and the post partum care. What is the correct billing for this?

Since 59425 can only be assigned once per pregnancy, I don't think the 2nd provider can submit this if the first provider does. Thanks for the feedback!

If the doctors are in different groups and both provided 4-6 visits, then they would both submit 59425.
